Production & Processing Times
At Proxy Planet, every product is made to order. Once your order is placed, production typically begins within 3–5 business days before your order is shipped.
New Deck Releases
As we regularly add brand-new Commander decks to our collection, please note that newly released decks may require additional processing time.
Unlike our established products, a brand-new deck must first receive its initial order before it enters production with our professional printing partner. Because of this, the very first production run of a new deck can take a little longer than normal.
We appreciate your patience while we bring new designs to life and ensure they meet our quality standards.
Production Schedule
Orders are collected throughout the week and sent to our professional printing partner in scheduled production batches.
Most orders are produced and dispatched within our normal production window. During periods of high demand, holidays, or unforeseen production delays, processing may take a few additional business days.
If your order includes both existing products and a newly released deck, your order may ship together once all items are ready.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your country’s postal service, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, parcel weight, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Proxy Planet may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders or selected regions.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
We’ll investigate the shipment with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed as lost, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import procedures that are outside our control.
Where applicable, taxes and duties are generally calculated at checkout. However, customs authorities can occasionally apply additional charges or inspections that cannot be predicted in advance.
While this is uncommon, any additional customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authority remain the responsibility of the customer.
