Order Cancellations
At Proxy Planet, every product is custom made to order. Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has started.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@proxyplanetshop.com.
If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
If production has already started or your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information regarding damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Order Changes
Need to change your shipping address or modify your order?
Contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, Proxy Planet may offer pre-order products.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before production begins.
Once production has commenced, pre-orders are treated the same as standard orders and cannot be cancelled.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Because all Proxy Planet products are made specifically for each customer, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom Commander decks
- Proxy cards
- Custom playmats
- Sleeves
- Deck boxes
- Other made-to-order accessories
